Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.Nature of the Service

Our products are digital and delivered instantly. Because analysis and predictions are generated and made available immediately upon purchase, they are considered consumed once delivered.

2.VIP Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to VIP features until the end of your current paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a subscription period unless required by law.

3.Pay Per Match & Single Purchases

Single-analysis purchases (e.g. "Pay Per Match", "Generate Ticket") are charged only after the analysis is successfully generated. Because these are delivered instantly and consumed on delivery, they are generally non-refundable.

4.Credit-Back on Premium Predictions

For eligible premium predictions, we may offer a credit-back: if a qualifying premium prediction does not win, the corresponding credits are returned to your in-app wallet, as indicated within the application at the time of purchase. Credit-back is provided as wallet credit for future use, not as a cash refund.

5.Wallet Credits

Wallet credits can be used to purchase features within the Service. Credits are non-transferable and, unless required by law, are not exchangeable for cash.

6.Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund (for example, a duplicate charge or a technical error that prevented delivery), contact us at support@soccer1x2pro.com within 14 days of the transaction. Please include your account email and transaction details. We review each request individually and respond within a reasonable time.

7.Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a payment, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
