SOCCER1X2 PRO is a sports data analytics and artificial-intelligence prediction service. We provide statistical and probability-based analysis of football matches using mathematical models (xG, Monte Carlo simulation) and machine learning. We are not a gambling, betting, or wagering operator, and we do not accept, place, or facilitate bets of any kind.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using soccer1x2pro.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2.Description of the Service

SOCCER1X2 PRO offers statistical analysis, probability estimates, and data visualizations relating to football matches. All predictions are the output of mathematical and machine-learning models and represent estimated probabilities only. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

The Service does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or financial gain, and must not be interpreted as betting advice or a betting service.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4.No Guarantee of Accuracy

Football is inherently unpredictable. Our models are based on historical data and statistical methods, and while we strive for quality, we make no warranty that any prediction will be accurate. Past performance of the model does not guarantee future results. You use any information from the Service entirely at your own discretion and risk.

5.User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse, resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its content without permission.

6.Subscriptions, Credits & Payments

The Service offers paid features, which may include VIP subscriptions, single-analysis purchases ("Pay Per Match"), and wallet credits. Prices are shown within the application before purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; by purchasing, you also agree to their terms.

7.Intellectual Property

All content, models, branding, code, and materials of the Service are the property of SOCCER1X2 PRO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written consent.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOCCER1X2 PRO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any losses arising from decisions you make based on information provided by the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

9.Prohibited Use

Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
Using automated systems to extract data without authorization.

10.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania, while operating in line with applicable international regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Albania.
